State Champs! W had the privilege to get to know Dr. Jen Welter. Welter, a former NFL coach and the first woman in history to hold an NFL coaching title.

Welter Joined the XFL to coach linebackers for Las Vegas. She now runs Gridiron Girls. Welter coaches camps, runs leagues, and empowers female athletes.
